ROOM TO RENT 

     

The room at 17 Malone is available to rent on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

 

The rates are all inclusive and reasonable and there is one months notice of termination of contract on either side.

 

Current fees for the room are:

 

For any four hour period, e.g. 9.00 am to 1.00pm or 1.30pm to 5.30pm or 6.00pm to 10.00pm; The fee would be £80.00p per month

 

For any two of those periods the fee would be £150 per month.

 

For a full day, ie three periods, the fee would be £210.00p per month.
